Built around your product
Build a content package around the product, the questions it raises and the places your team will use the finished assets.
Commission a short sequence explaining the first activity, required materials and next step. Focus on helping a learner or buyer understand the product without needing to watch an entire lesson.
Use an overhead demonstration, worked example or presenter explanation to show what the resource teaches. Supply accurate subject material and identify any wording that needs review before the final edit.
Create separate assets for what is included, who the resource suits and how access works. A clear demonstration can serve your product page, help content and brand social channels.
Beyond audience size
Be specific about the details that would make a creator right for your product.
What would make a creator right for this particular campaign?
Put those details in your CallAsk for relevant teaching or explanation examples. The creator needs enough subject knowledge to demonstrate the material accurately and recognise where a step needs more context.
Decide whether the content needs hands-on materials, a whiteboard, screen recording or on-camera explanation. Review how clearly the creator makes the important details visible.
Specify the workspace, materials and participants required. Do not assume filming in a classroom or with learners is included; a solo demonstration may meet the need.
Agree the subject review process, final formats and usage rights. If you need editable slides or source files, include those deliverables in the original quote request.

A useful place to start
Use these points to prepare a clear Creator Call.
No. A solo presenter, overhead demonstration or screen recording may explain the resource clearly. Include other participants only where they are necessary and their involvement has been properly arranged.
Yes. Agree what the brand will review, when feedback is due and how revisions are handled. The final content should be accurate without turning the agreed shoot into an open-ended editing task.
UGC focuses on content delivered for your brand to use under the agreed terms. A post to the creator's own audience is a separate deliverable. If that is your main goal, consider Sponsored sourcing.
You can add a portfolio request to your UGC Call for an additional sourcing charge. Use the examples to assess the creator's filming, editing and presentation style before choosing whom to book.
Agree the rights you need with the creator before production. Specify channels, duration, paid advertising, editing and raw-file delivery where relevant. A content delivery does not by itself define an unlimited licence.
