Creator Calls
Write a Creator Call that attracts the right creators
What you type is what creators read. Field by field, how a specific Creator Call brings specific answers and real rates.

Your Creator Call is not a form we file. The requirements you type are embedded in the outreach creators actually read, so they self-select before replying, and every reply is verified against the bar you set. Specific Calls get specific answers and real rates. Here is what specific looks like, field by field.
A note on names before we start. The Creator Call is what you write to find creators. The Campaign Brief is the document you hand to a creator once they are booked, with the guardrails, the deliverables and the dates. This piece is about the first one; the checklist for a successful creator campaign covers the second.
Deliverables decide the rate
Whitelisting, spark ads, paid usage rights, exclusivity, and video format are the fields that move a creator's price. A quote for one organic post is not a quote for a post plus 90 days of paid usage. When the ask is complete, the quoted rate you receive is for the actual job, not an opening position, and you can plan against it.
Specific Calls get specific answers and real rates.
Follower ranges and niches: set the band you mean
Say exactly who you want. If the campaign needs creators between 10k and 50k in fitness, write that. On a sponsored Creator Call every delivered creator costs the same 10 credits, so the band you set is what makes each one count: a precise band brings you creators you will actually book, and the verification is against the bar you wrote.
Tick the analytics you will read
Each ticked analytics item adds 2 credits per delivered creator and is evidenced with a native dashboard screenshot, rendered on the card and stamped creator-reported. Audience location and age splits earn their cost on most campaigns. Story metrics matter when the deliverable is stories. Ticking everything on the 6-item menu adds 12 credits per creator, so pick the figures that will change a booking decision.
Firm requirements are filters
A firm analytical requirement, for example a majority 18 to 24 audience, adds 4 credits per delivered creator and removes everyone who cannot evidence it. Use one when a number is a genuine dealbreaker. Preferences belong in deliverables and niche choices; filters cost more because checking evidence and declining creators is more work than displaying a figure.
Why engagement rate is not on the analytics menu
The menu carries raw figures a creator can evidence directly from their own dashboard: reach, views, audience location, age split and the like. Engagement rate is not one of them, because it is a derived figure, computed differently by every tool and easy to inflate in a screenshot. If you write an engagement threshold into a Creator Call, the form asks you to restate it in evidenceable terms before you can submit.
You will still see engagement rate where it means something: on your campaign's Performance surfaces, computed from stored readings of the posts your creators actually publish. That is your figure, from your campaign, rather than a public average from a tool.
The window is real
On a sponsored Creator Call a one-creator list delivers in 3 business days, a five-or-more list in 7, and express shortens the window to 3 business days, 2 on a one-creator list, at 2x the credits. Your shortlist arrives on the final day because responses gather across the whole window and the best qualifiers are selected, never the first to reply. Plan around the confirmed shortlist delivery date, then allow time to agree terms, create content and review it.
Rough prices help you
The optional budget fields do not change the Creator Call's credit price. If you later pay a creator through CreatorCall, a separate 3.5% service fee is added to the agreed creator amount and shown before payment. They ride into the outreach so creators can self-select against your range, which raises the share of replies you can actually afford. Leave them out and you will still get quotes; include them and the quotes cluster where you need them.
What comes back
Each delivered creator arrives with their handle and profile link, their platform, their niche, their location and language where we know it, the analytics you asked for, and the rate they quoted against your Call. From there you choose who to chat with, and the campaign carries on in the same room. Lite includes creator contact emails. Growth adds creator chat and the live campaign workflow. Scale adds Performance reporting and post tracking.
