About CreatorCall

We built the thing we kept wishing existed.

CreatorCall comes from Thomas and Josh, who spent years running creator campaigns the hard way and got tired of the same three problems.

We have both worked on creator campaigns from two directions.

On our own for brands, and at volume inside an agency. The work looked different every time, and the way it went wrong did not. CreatorCall serves both sides of that experience: brands running their own campaigns, and agencies running them for clients.

Freelance

Running them for brands on our own.

Inside an agency

Running them at volume for clients who expected them to land on time.

Different budgets, different clients, different platforms, and the same few things went wrong every single time.

What we changed

Three frustrations.
A reason to build something better.

None of that is the interesting part of marketing. It is admin. But it is where the time went, and it delayed campaigns and results, which is the part clients noticed.

  1. Slow responses

    The problem

Chasing creators who never replied was most of the week, and a campaign that should have launched in days launched in weeks.

    What it turned into

We do the contacting and the chasing. You get a shortlist when the window closes, not a drip of maybes.

  2. Unreliable creators

    The problem

Interest was not the same thing as availability, and a yes in a DM was not the same thing as a yes to the actual deliverables at the actual budget.

    What it turned into

Every creator on your shortlist has replied, been read, and confirmed against what you actually asked for, with the proof your Creator Call required.

  3. Endless back and forth

    The problem

From first interest to an agreed brief, rate and contract there were a dozen messages with everyone, and the delay cost the campaign its moment.

    What it turned into

The rate each creator quoted against your Creator Call arrives with the shortlist, so the negotiation starts at the number instead of ending at it.

So we built this

The middle part,
taken care of.

CreatorCall does the part that was never strategy and never creative.

You describe the campaign once, and a shortlist of creators who have already said yes comes back.

  1. Finding who fits

  2. Asking them

  3. Reading every reply

  4. Confirming who wants the work at a real rate
