Pay $99 upfront at launch. If no offer meets your agreed brief, budget and timeline by the agreed date, we automatically refund the launch fee and close the campaign.
For campaigns using CreatorCall sourcing. The current policy excludes own-creators-only campaigns and campaigns where the brand permanently stops outreach early. Creator payments and service fees are not covered.

What you pay creators
Every collaboration includes a cash fee. Agree the work and usage rights with each creator, then approve and pay after delivery.
CreatorCall adds a 3.5% service fee to each payment you make through it. The creator receives the agreed amount in full.
Optional sales commission is additional to fixed creator fees and carries the same 3.5% service fee. Eligible tracked store orders and Amazon-attributed sales use different agreed calculation rules.
Ad spend stays in your own ad accounts.
Your budget guides outreach. It never limits hiring.

Plan at least $500 in cash for creator fees and agreed usage rights. It guides sourcing and estimates, not how many creators you can hire. We do not collect or hold that budget. Creator payments, service fees, optional commission and ad spend are separate from the launch fee.
