Connect an itinerary to a useful booking
A creator can explain how an activity or stay fits a particular trip before linking to it. Provide current access, availability and booking information so the recommendation helps people make a practical decision.
Build a well-explained packing edit
Travel accessories suit comparisons based on size, weight and the kind of journey. Give creators accurate specifications and let them identify who a product suits rather than asking for a universal recommendation.
Answer the questions before checkout
Experiences often raise questions about location, duration, inclusions and cancellation. Equip creators with current information and a programme contact, keeping the content useful even when prices or availability change.
Before you start outreach
The right product. An offer worth considering.
Be specific about the details that would make a creator right for your product.
What would make a creator right for this particular campaign?
Look for creators whose audience uses their advice to prepare a trip. Match the destination, budget context and type of traveller to the actual offer.
Bookable or shippable availability
Check that the audience can purchase the offer in the intended market. Seasonal closures, inventory limits and shipping restrictions should be clear before outreach begins.
Transparent commission rules
Specify how confirmed bookings, completed stays, cancellations and refunds affect commission. For physical products, explain eligible orders and any returns adjustment through your programme.
A credible experience basis
Agree whether the creator will experience the service or explain supplied information. Do not turn an unvisited property or untried tour into a first-person recommendation.

Specify the audience markets and languages the offer supports.

CreatorCall sources interested creators for the conversation.
Know what you are paying for
A clear request. A clearer quote.
Separate the sourcing charge from the affiliate offer. Set out commission, any fixed content fee, product access and the programme terms creators need to assess the opportunity.
Your sourcing charge depends on the Call type and selected requirements. See the cost before you submit.
Creator commission and fees
State commission terms and any flat fee. Your brand is responsible for paying commission under the agreed terms.
The full scope
Include product shipping, extra deliverables and the rights you need, so you can compare like-for-like quotes. The campaign budget guide works through an illustrative example.

Destination, season and eligible booking or product
Can affiliate commission depend on a completed stay or experience?+
Your programme can define eligibility that way. Put the actual rule in the Creator Call, together with attribution, cancellations and the payment timetable. The creator should understand when a booking becomes an eligible commission before agreeing to promote it.
Must a travel affiliate have visited the destination?+
The content determines the experience needed. First-person reviews and claims about a stay require a truthful experience basis. A planning guide can use verified information, but should not imply that the creator stayed somewhere or joined an activity when they did not.
Who sets affiliate terms and pays commission?+
Your brand sets the programme terms and is responsible for paying commission. Before inviting creators, agree how sales qualify, how refunds affect commission and when payment is due. Sourcing charges and any fixed content fees are separate from commission.
Can I offer commission without a fixed fee?+
You can describe a commission-only offer or a flat fee plus commission in your Creator Call. State the actual terms and any required content clearly. Creators decide whether the opportunity suits them, and final commitments need agreement.
Is this the CreatorCall customer referral programme?+
No. This service sources creator-affiliates for your brand's own products and programme. CreatorCall's customer referral programme is a separate offering.
