Give a room tour a clear purpose
Plan a sequence around the questions a guest asks: layout, workspace, storage or the view. Confirm which room can be filmed and avoid showing a category or facility customers cannot actually book.
Commission travel content that helps customers picture the experience and understand the details. CreatorCall sources creators interested in filming for your brand, whether at a destination or with a travel product at home. Agree access, expenses, deliverables and usage before production; creator-audience posting is not automatically included.

An accommodation brand wants a creator to film a practical room walkthrough for its own booking and social channels.
Built around your product
Build a content package around the product, the questions it raises and the places your team will use the finished assets.
Plan a sequence around the questions a guest asks: layout, workspace, storage or the view. Confirm which room can be filmed and avoid showing a category or facility customers cannot actually book.
Show arrival, the meeting point and selected moments of an activity, where access allows. Agree permission for people and locations in the shots, along with alternatives for weather or operational changes.
Packing and feature demonstrations do not always require a trip. Film capacity, access and organisation clearly, without adding destination footage that implies the product was used on a journey it was not.
Beyond audience size
Be specific about the details that would make a creator right for your product.
What would make a creator right for this particular campaign?
Put those details in your CallCheck filming dates, travel requirements and permissions before choosing a creator. A strong portfolio does not solve missing access to the room or experience you need.
Ask for a shot approach that fits the real setting, light and operating hours. Busy spaces may need coordinated access or compositions that avoid identifiable guests.
Separate content production from transport, accommodation, admissions and equipment. Agree responsibility for booking and cancellation costs before either side makes a commitment.
Name your booking pages, social channels and advertising plans. Agree the usage period, footage delivery, editing permission and any appearance of staff or other participants.

A useful place to start
Use these points to prepare a clear Creator Call.
A local creator or a product demonstration filmed at home may suit the job. Describe the location and production requirements honestly, then review interested creators' availability and quotes. Do not assume travel or accommodation is included in a content fee.
Only where the usage agreement allows it and the presentation remains accurate. Footage of one property should not suggest it shows another. Set out the intended channels, locations and reuse requirements before commissioning the work.
UGC focuses on content delivered for your brand to use under the agreed terms. A post to the creator's own audience is a separate deliverable. If that is your main goal, consider Sponsored sourcing.
You can add a portfolio request to your UGC Call for an additional sourcing charge. Use the examples to assess the creator's filming, editing and presentation style before choosing whom to book.
Agree the rights you need with the creator before production. Specify channels, duration, paid advertising, editing and raw-file delivery where relevant. A content delivery does not by itself define an unlimited licence.
