Make application easy to understand
Commission close-ups that show texture, amount, application and finish. A clear shot list helps the creator quote for the actual work and gives your customer more information than a product-only image.
Hire beauty UGC creators to make content for your brand's channels. Tell us what the product needs to look like on camera, which files you need and how you will use them. CreatorCall sources interested creators who quote against that production request.

Made by a creator. Made for you.Built around your product
Build a content package around the product, the questions it raises and the places your team will use the finished assets.
Commission close-ups that show texture, amount, application and finish. A clear shot list helps the creator quote for the actual work and gives your customer more information than a product-only image.
Ask for distinct introductions around a buying question, routine step or product feature. Specify whether you need separate finished edits or opening clips, because those are different production packages.
A short demonstration can show packaging, dispensing or how an item is held and used. Plan framing and captions for the page where it will appear, not only for a social feed.
Beyond audience size
Be specific about the details that would make a creator right for your product.
Review the creator's portfolio for the shots you need, such as product close-ups or natural spoken demonstrations. Request a portfolio when sourcing if reviewing examples is essential.
Specify practical requirements such as a suitable hair type or ability to demonstrate a shade range. Keep requirements tied to the product and the content being made.
Set the number of videos, duration, aspect ratio and any stills. Separate finished edits, alternative openings and raw footage so quotes cover the same deliverables.
Agree where the content can appear, how long you can use it and the included revision process. Paid advertising and creator-account advertising need explicit agreement.

Illustrative production scope
Ask for the files you will actually use. The examples below separate raw clips from edited assets; they are a scope to adapt, not an included package.
| Shot | What it should show | Deliverable to name |
|---|---|---|
| Packaging close-up | The product, shade name and how the packaging opens. | A separate raw clip if the brand needs it, plus its use within the finished edit. |
| Texture and application | The amount, application and visible finish in suitable lighting. | List each raw clip requested separately from the edited sequence. |
| Spoken explanation | A natural introduction and accurate product points without a scripted false opinion. | A finished opening within the main edit. Request separate alternative opening files expressly. |
| Finished edit | The agreed shots assembled with any specified captions and closing message. | State the number of finished files, duration and aspect ratio, plus revisions and delivery date. |
| Intended use | Channels and duration to specify | What needs agreement |
|---|---|---|
| Organic brand use | [Named brand social accounts or product page] for [duration]. | Which supplied assets can appear there, plus any permitted changes or edits. |
| Specified paid use | [Advertising platforms and accounts] for [duration]. | The advertising licence, permitted edits and any ads run through the creator’s account. Do not assume these are included. |
Once you select the creator and agree the scope, turn the Call above into a Campaign Brief: confirm the actual shade, shot order, filenames, dates and approval contact. Compare scope with the UGC quote example. If you need the creator to publish, use beauty Sponsored sourcing.

A useful place to start
Use these points to prepare a clear Creator Call.
UGC here means content made for your brand to use. Posting to the creator's audience is not included by default. Use a Sponsored Creator Call when the creator's own post is the main deliverable.
You review the portfolio and decide whether the style suits your brand. If a portfolio is essential, request it during sourcing; the presence of a portfolio is not a guarantee of production quality.
UGC focuses on content delivered for your brand to use under the agreed terms. A post to the creator's own audience is a separate deliverable. If that is your main goal, consider Sponsored sourcing.
You can add a portfolio request to your UGC Call for an additional sourcing charge. Use the examples to assess the creator's filming, editing and presentation style before choosing whom to book.
Agree the rights you need with the creator before production. Specify channels, duration, paid advertising, editing and raw-file delivery where relevant. A content delivery does not by itself define an unlimited licence.
