Make setup steps visible
Commission a clear assembly or packing sequence with close-ups of the parts customers need to understand. Follow the actual instructions and use a suitable location, with enough time for resets between shots.
Create outdoor product content that shows the details and the setting together. CreatorCall sources creators interested in filming for your brand. Describe the activity, location and conditions, then agree the production and usage scope. UGC files are delivered for your channels; posting to the creator's audience is a separate deliverable.

A camping brand wants practical setup and packing videos of a storage organiser for its own product pages and social channels.
Built around your product
Build a content package around the product, the questions it raises and the places your team will use the finished assets.

A practical product clip can compare packed and in-use dimensions or show how gear fits in a bag. Give the creator accurate measurements and specify the angles that communicate them clearly.
Film the equipment on a suitable walk or campsite rather than inventing an expedition. Describe the experience accurately and plan alternative scenes if access or weather prevents the original location being used.
Beyond audience size
Be specific about the details that would make a creator right for your product.
What would make a creator right for this particular campaign?
Put those details in your CallConfirm the creator can safely manage the activity and equipment involved. A more demanding location may require support or a simpler concept rather than a harder deadline.
Review close-ups, moving shots and spoken explanations. Customers should be able to see adjustment, setup or storage clearly even when the setting is visually impressive.
Agree location access, travel costs and a weather plan. Set a practical filming window and define what can be rescheduled if the conditions are unsuitable.
Specify product pages, organic social and any paid advertising. Agree final files, editing, raw footage and duration, including any location or third-party permissions the production requires.

A useful place to start
Use these points to prepare a clear Creator Call.
No. A useful setting is one that shows the product's intended use clearly. Assembly, capacity and storage can often be demonstrated in an accessible location. Choose scenery only where it serves the content and can be filmed responsibly.
Agree that before booking. Define a flexible filming window, an alternative location or shot list, and how rescheduling or cancellation costs are handled. Do not leave the production dependent on conditions neither party can promise.
UGC focuses on content delivered for your brand to use under the agreed terms. A post to the creator's own audience is a separate deliverable. If that is your main goal, consider Sponsored sourcing.
You can add a portfolio request to your UGC Call for an additional sourcing charge. Use the examples to assess the creator's filming, editing and presentation style before choosing whom to book.
Agree the rights you need with the creator before production. Specify channels, duration, paid advertising, editing and raw-file delivery where relevant. A content delivery does not by itself define an unlimited licence.
