Make your pet product easier to understand with owner-led demonstrations and detailed content for your brand. CreatorCall sources creators interested in the production. Explain the animal and setting where relevant, agree a comfortable concept and define your usage rights; a post to the creator's audience is a separate arrangement.
Build a content package around the product, the questions it raises and the places your team will use the finished assets.

Show fit and adjustment
Commission clear views of the product's sizing, fastenings or setup. Use the brand's instructions and an appropriate animal where needed, with an owner-only demonstration available when that communicates the feature more comfortably.
Explain cleaning and storage
A practical sequence can show removable parts, wiping, washing or packing away. Define the exact care steps and film them clearly, without implying a cleaning method the product instructions do not support.
Build product-page answer clips
Turn common purchase questions into short assets: what arrives in the box, what fits inside or how the mechanism opens. These clips can work without asking an animal to perform for the camera.
Beyond audience size
Choose the craft your product needs.
Be specific about the details that would make a creator right for your product.
What would make a creator right for this particular campaign?
Check that the creator understands the product and its instructions. When an animal appears, agree a setup that allows it to disengage and does not require distress.
Useful close-up work
Look for clear demonstrations of fastenings, surfaces and scale. A charming pet clip is not enough if customers cannot see how the product works.
Flexible production planning
Plan alternative shots and enough time for familiarisation. Agree what happens if the animal does not use the item as expected before product shipment or filming.
Specific usage permission
Set the intended product pages, social channels and advertising uses. Confirm final files, revisions, editing rights and the agreed duration of use with the creator.

Example Creator Call
A pet UGC Creator Call
A pet accessories brand wants an adult owner to create clear product demonstrations of a travel bowl for its own channels.
Product
A travel bowl with packing and cleaning features to demonstrate.
Provide dimensions, care instructions and accurate materials information.
Content
Unpacking, opening, filling, cleaning and storing the bowl.
Define the asset count, aspect ratios and final lengths.
Animal involvement
A suitable pet may appear if comfortable; owner-led shots cover the essentials.
Do not make a particular animal reaction a required deliverable.
Production
Agree product arrival, familiarisation and filming timing.
Include a backup plan if the pet does not participate.
Usage
Brand website and social use under an agreed licence.
Request paid-ad usage and raw footage explicitly if needed.
Know what you are paying for
A clear request. A clearer quote.
CreatorCall sourcing, content production and usage rights are separate parts of the budget. Specify the asset package and intended channels so creators can quote for the work you actually need.
Your sourcing charge depends on the Call type and selected requirements. See the cost before you submit.
Creator compensation
Agree the rate for the actual work with your chosen creator. Sourcing does not include their fee.
The full scope
Include product shipping, extra deliverables and the rights you need, so you can compare like-for-like quotes. The campaign budget guide works through an illustrative example.

Can pet UGC work without a pet using the product on camera?+
Yes, depending on the product. An owner can show dimensions, setup, cleaning and storage, while close-ups explain mechanisms and materials. If actual use is essential, discuss feasibility and a comfortable approach with the creator before booking.
Can we describe a UGC video as a customer review?+
Only when that accurately describes the person's relationship and experience. A commissioned demonstration should not be presented as an unsolicited customer review. Use truthful descriptions of the creator's experience and agree which statements they can honestly make.
Does UGC include a post to the creator's own followers?+
UGC focuses on content delivered for your brand to use under the agreed terms. A post to the creator's own audience is a separate deliverable. If that is your main goal, consider Sponsored sourcing.
Can I request examples of a UGC creator's work?+
You can add a portfolio request to your UGC Call for an additional sourcing charge. Use the examples to assess the creator's filming, editing and presentation style before choosing whom to book.
Do I own every right to the finished content?+
Agree the rights you need with the creator before production. Specify channels, duration, paid advertising, editing and raw-file delivery where relevant. A content delivery does not by itself define an unlimited licence.
